A private journal, on clear terms.

You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter this agreement. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you meet that age requirement. If local law requires a higher age or additional permission, that law still applies.

Your journal starts private. You keep ownership of what you record. You give Falib a limited licence to host, process, back up and display content only as needed to provide the features you choose.

AI analysis, collective Observatory contribution and each public Dream Atlas publication are separate choices. You can use the private journal without them.

When you publish a reviewed copy, you permit Falib to host and display that selected copy until you unpublish it. Do not publish another person’s private information, illegal material, threats, non-consensual intimate content, child sexual abuse material, scams, malware, or content that infringes rights.

Falib may restrict or remove content and accounts to protect people, comply with law, or enforce the Community Guidelines. Where required, Falib will explain a moderation decision and provide a review route.

AI observations are probabilistic and can be wrong. They do not establish causes, predict events, prove supernatural meaning, or provide a diagnosis. Use your judgment and seek a qualified professional for health concerns.

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Price, billing interval and trial terms are shown before checkout. The Subscription Terms form part of this agreement for paid plans.

Falib may change, suspend or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without promises of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Operator and contact details are pending final company formation information.
